Concept

A clean and calming curb appeal, blending traditional and modern beach-style design. At first glance the Beach House home seamlessly fits into the neighborhood, but reveals more beauty and depth upon closer inspection. Quality wood finishes, woven corners, and exposed rafter tails contribute to a “more than meets the eye” residence.

Execution

White walls and millwork allow the details to stand out, while wood features like vanity’s, doors, and flooring add warmth and color. Natural stone tile in the laundry and mudroom creates texture and contrast. In the bathrooms, white marble tile creates a clean and elegant appeal, highlighting fixtures and details. Ship lap ceilings in the master bedroom and detailed fireplace surrounds stand out as interior features.

A thoughtful floor plan creates comfortable flow with each square ft accounted for with purpose. The property sits geodetically low in elevation, presenting some drainage challenges. To combat this, a drainage systems was designed and installed during site preparation.
