A contemporary renovation, breathing a calm elegance into a home with breathtaking views.

Modern, spacious living room with elegance.

Every renovation begins with a conversation, and Texada reminded us why those first moments matter. With no architect or designer involved, this project became a direct collaboration between homeowner and builder—an opportunity to listen closely, interpret clearly, and craft a space that felt both refreshed and familiar.

What began as a well-loved home needed more than new finishes. It needed flow, function, and the kind of quiet upgrades that make daily living easier. Working fayze-by-fayze, our team re-organized rooms, modernized the kitchen with custom millwork from Thomas Phillips Woodworking, and introduced thoughtful built-ins—like the dining room divider and entry bench by Deep Cove Custom Cabinets—to anchor the home with warmth and intention.

Light, durable materials were chosen with the same care the original home was built with. Wide-plank flooring from Hourigan’s, installed by Champagne Construction, sets a calm foundation throughout. Clean tile lines from Bellaria Tile & Slab bring clarity to high-use spaces, while Parker Glass completed the shower with crisp precision.

Texada isn’t just a dramatic transformation—it’s an elevated continuation of what the home was already becoming.
